A scope of loss details the amount and type of damage done to a structure. It includes the quantity and quality of materials and the current cost of those materials and labor that will be needed to repair your home. A scope of loss often includes photos, diagrams, and a detailed line item broken down by construction trades and materials. A complete scope of loss will specify the work that needs to be done to comply with the local building codes in the area.
A Project Manager will come to your home AT YOUR CONVENIENCE and conduct a thorough roof and related property assessment. If damage is found, contact your insurance company and request an inspection.
We stand by our work, so if there are any leaks in the new roof, we cover the repair cost to the roof and any damage caused by the leak.
Gutters are designed to channel water runoff from your roof away from your home’s foundation. If your gutters don’t do that simple job, the runoff can pool up and damage your foundation. If your gutters are heavily rusted or cracked; if they are sagging; if there are leaks or clogs; or, your downspouts are not doing their job, it's a sign that they should likely be replaced.
A traditional deck on the back of your home generally has insurance coverage along the same types as the structure itself. If you have a deck away from the home, your coverage may have limitations depending on if it included in your policy. Your home insurance may cover replacing the deck if the damage is too much to repair. If you are not sure, ask your insurance agent if you have coverage and how much coverage. Policies have upper limits.
Solar detach and reset is the process of removing and reinstalling solar panels during roof replacement. It involves accessing the monitoring platform, inspecting the panels, clearing any errors and scheduling a time for the process. As a broker, Complete Roofing and Solar works with your original solar panel installer to preserve the integrity and warranty of your panels.
